Return Policy
Ride-On Toys Canada (Ride-On Toys CA) offers a 14-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Parts and items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received, including all original accessories, parts, and packaging. Items must remain sealed in their original packaging, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
To begin the return process, please inform us via an email reply to your initial order confirmation email.
All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, Ride-On Toys Canada will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions regarding where and how to send the item.
A restocking fee will apply to approved returns. This fee ranges between 10% and 30%, depending on the product and the condition in which it is returned.
Refunds that are approved will be issued to the original method of payment, minus applicable processing and restocking fees.

Exchange Policy
Ride-On Toys Canada provides a 14-day exchange period from the date the order is received.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Ride-On Toys Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total credit amount.
After the restocking fee is applied, the remaining value will be issued as store credit.
Please note that exchanges do not qualify for monetary refunds.
Orders & Cancellations
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Ride-On Toys Canada reserves the right to limit quantities, decline, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including circumstances involving pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Estimated arrival dates for pre-orders are subject to change and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as manufacturing timelines, freight delays, or customs clearance processes. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Pre-orders are fulfilled once inventory becomes available. Because arrival times are estimates only, delays do not qualify for compensation, discounts, or concessions.
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee, which covers non-recoverable payment processing and administrative costs. This fee also applies to cancelled pre-orders. The refund issued will reflect this deduction. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders where assembly services were requested and completed are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Pricing and Content
All pricing, product listings, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
Ride-On Toys Canada reserves the right to correct errors or omissions, including inaccuracies related to product descriptions or pricing.
Prices may also be adjusted due to market fluctuations, manufacturer price updates, discontinued products, advertising errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST that are destined for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may qualify for Same-Day GTA Delivery, subject to eligibility based on delivery location. This service excludes weekends and statutory holidays.
Standard delivery times typically range between 2 to 10 business days, depending on destination and third-party courier services.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Ride-On Toys Canada is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery attempt (such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or inability to obtain a required signature), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please note that P.O. Box addresses cannot be used for delivery.
Missing or Damaged Products
Ride-On Toys Canada aims to ensure every customer receives a fully functional product that matches its advertised description. However, because products remain sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging until opened by the customer, we cannot verify internal components before delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, you must notify the Ride-On Toys CA Service Centre within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- The order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Images of both the product and package condition
Documentation should be submitted via an email reply to your initial order confirmation email.
Once received, our support team will evaluate the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution. This may include replacement parts, an exchange, repair guidance, or another suitable solution, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Failure to report issues within 48 hours or failure to provide adequate documentation may limit or void eligibility for support, replacement, exchange, or refund, except where prohibited by law.
Product Warranty
Where applicable, warranty coverage varies by product and follows the specific warranty terms provided with the item.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper assembly, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Website Usage
By accessing and using this website, users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt security features, or use the website in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Governing Law

The purchaser and intended user of the product assume full responsibility and risk associated with its use, including any potential physical, electrical, mechanical, or property damage, as well as any consequences arising from the operation or use of the purchased item.
