Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST and destined for addresses within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may qualify for Same-Day GTA Delivery. This service is available exclusively within the GTA and remains subject to delivery eligibility based on location. Same-day delivery service is not available on weekends or statutory holidays.
Standard delivery timelines generally range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping destination and the third-party courier handling the shipment.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery attempt—including incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or inability to obtain a required signature—the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping charges.
Please note that deliveries cannot be completed to P.O. Box addresses.
